You can pay in two ways. Subscriptions: choose your resources and a term, monthly, 1-year or 2-year, with bigger savings on longer terms. They renew automatically and you get a detailed invoice with every payment. Pay-as-you-go: add funds to your balance and resources draw from it as you use them, with no commitment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay cards (credit, debit, and prepaid), plus Google Pay and Apple Pay. For wire transfer, SWIFT, or ACH, please contact support. You can also pay directly from the billing section.

Your billing cycle is tied to the day you started the subscription, not the calendar month. It renews on that same date each period, and the length matches the term you chose, every month for monthly plans, or once a year (or every two years) for 1-year and 2-year plans. At the end of each cycle you get a detailed invoice showing your usage.

Pre-pay. Subscriptions are charged at the start of each cycle, on your renewal date, and the service then runs for the period you paid. Pay-as-you-go resources draw from a balance you top up in advance. Credits and account balance are applied first before your card is charged, and every successful payment comes with an invoice.

When you add a card, we place a one-time $1 charge to confirm it's active and valid. You don't lose it, the $1 is credited to your account balance and you can spend it on usage.
