Bandwidth on Cloud Servers, Windows Servers, Kubernetes nodes, managed databases and Apps is unmetered, no inbound or outbound charges. Object Storage includes 1 TB of egress every month, then $0.01/GB. The only other exception is suspicious or abusive usage.

Snapshots are $0.05 per GB per month, billed only for the storage each snapshot uses. Every account also gets a free backup-and-snapshot storage pool, 10% of each standard VM's disk, or 15% on premium plans, so smaller snapshots often cost nothing.

A Forex VPS is a Windows virtual server that runs your trading terminal around the clock, independently of your own computer. There is no software limit on the number of Expert Advisors. The constraint is the RAM and vCPU on your plan. As a rough guide, a 2 vCPU and 4 GB plan comfortably carries two terminals running roughly 5 to 10 EAs. If you outgrow it, you can resize the VPS to a larger plan without rebuilding it.

To close your account, first back up your data and terminate all active resources to prevent further charges. Account closure is processed through your profile page. You must pay any remaining balance and remove all active resources. For immediate closure, pay the total outstanding amount and contact support. Any surplus will be refunded to your registered card. Use a volume when software expects a disk: databases, file systems, application data. Use object storage for files accessed over an API: media, backups, static assets. On Raff they cost and behave differently, so most stacks use both.

You set a schedule, daily or weekly, and Raff backs up the VM automatically. The first backup is full; every one after copies only changed blocks. Backups are stored on a separate pool and restore in one click.

Every account gets a free backup-storage pool: 50 GB plus 10 percent of each standard VM's disk (15 percent on premium), shared across backups and snapshots. Only storage above the pool is billed per GB-month.

You choose a retention of 2 to 100 recovery points per VM. When a new backup completes, the oldest point beyond your retention is pruned automatically.

Pick a recovery point on the VM's Backups tab and restore. The VM powers off and is overwritten in place with that point, then boots again. Restores stay on the same VM.

Yes. A VM can have multiple schedules, for example daily at 02:00 and weekly on Sunday, all sharing the same retention setting.

A snapshot is a manual checkpoint before a risky change; a backup is scheduled protection stored on a separate pool. One rule to know: a VM with backups enabled cannot also take snapshots, so use backups for anything important.

The VPN gateway is about $14.97/month and each site tunnel about $20.00/month, both billed by the hour. The data through the tunnel is unmetered and never charged per gigabyte.

Yes. Each tunnel can be WireGuard or IPsec (IKEv2 with a preshared key). You choose per tunnel, so modern peers and classic firewalls both work on the same gateway.

Any device that speaks standard IKEv2 or WireGuard: UniFi, pfSense, OPNsense, MikroTik, Fortinet and others. You enter matching peer settings on both sides and the tunnel comes up.

Up to 10 site-to-site tunnels per VPN gateway, each with its own remote endpoint and one or more remote subnets. The same gateway also serves up to 10 WireGuard remote-access peers for laptops.
