Go to the signup page where you'll need to provide your email, password, and phone number. Account creation takes just 2 minutes.

Both phone number and email verification are required to activate your account.

Every user can have only one account. For specific business cases requiring multiple accounts, please contact support. Multiple accounts without approval are forbidden.

After logging into your account, go to your profile settings to reset your password.

Access your account via the login page, using your registered email address and password.

You can manage your profile information, change your password, and update contact details within the Settings section of the application.

Yes, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You can set this up using authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy via your account settings.

To close your account, first back up your data and terminate all active resources to prevent further charges. Account closure is processed through your profile page. You must pay any remaining balance and remove all active resources. For immediate closure, pay the total outstanding amount and contact support. Any surplus will be refunded to your registered card. Support will then complete the account termination.

Account limits automatically increase with continued usage. For specific limit increases or enterprise requirements, contact our support team through the chat on your dashboard.

Yes, you can easily update your account's tax location by visiting the Billing page in your account settings, where you can modify your address and business or personal information. All future invoices will then be generated using your updated details, ensuring your billing accurately reflects your new tax location.

Use our customer portal for real-time tracking and set alerts for usage thresholds.

Yes! New accounts receive $100 in free credit for 1 month after account creation and providing a valid card. You can use it immediately.

On the free trial, you can create a maximum of 2 VMs. This limit automatically increases as you continue using our system. For specific requirements, contact support via our chat.

Monthly free credits expire after 1 month. However, credits earned from our reward program are permanent and never expire!

Yes! We double your first deposit up to $1000. This is in addition to your free trial credit.

We use hourly billing for resources, but you pay for what you've used at the end of each month. It's a post-pay system with no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

We accept prepaid/debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For wire transfer, SWIFT, or ACH transfers, please contact support. You can make direct payments via the billing section.

A billing cycle is a one-month period, running from the beginning to the end of each month (UTC). We automatically charge your account and send an invoice at the end of each billing cycle.

It's a post-pay system. We charge your validated card at the end of each billing period. You can also make optional deposits if you prefer.

This is a temporary $1 authorization charge to verify your card. It will be automatically reversed within 3-5 business days and won't appear on your final statement.

If you enter correct information in the tax section, we'll invoice you each month with appropriate taxes calculated based on your location.

We currently focus on transparent pay-as-you-go pricing. Enterprise customers with specific needs can contact our sales team for custom pricing options.

Your current usage, billing history, invoices, and payment records are available in the billing section of the Raff Technologies application.

Your tax location is determined by the address and name you provide for invoicing. You can view or change this information in your billing settings.

To claim a tax exemption, first update your account profile with a valid Tax ID through the Billing and Settings section, then reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket with an attached copy of your Taxpayer Registration Certificate. A customer service representative will review your request and notify you once your account's tax exemption status has been confirmed.

Invoices are generated monthly at the end of each billing cycle. You can track usage in real-time via our portal.

If a payment fails, we'll retry charging your card. You have 7 days to update your payment method or add funds before services may be suspended.

No, Windows licenses are billed separately at $15/month per instance. Linux distributions are free. You can also bring your own Windows license (BYOL).

Yes! You can resize your VM at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Some resizing operations require a brief reboot.

VMs have fixed resources (CPU, RAM) that cannot be exceeded. For storage, you can easily add more volumes. You should track your resource usage through your dashboard.

Our standard configurations cover most use cases. For special requirements like GPU instances or dedicated hosts, please contact our sales team.

Yes! We offer a comprehensive REST API for all operations. You can manage VMs, storage, networking, and billing programmatically.

The Raff Technologies control panel provides basic monitoring dashboards displaying key metrics for your resources (e.g., CPU utilization, network I/O, disk activity for VMs). For more comprehensive application performance monitoring (APM) and custom alerting, you can install third-party agents (like Prometheus exporters, Datadog, etc.) on your Virtual Machines.
