There is no software limit on the number of Expert Advisors. The constraint is the RAM and vCPU on your plan. As a rough guide, a 2 vCPU and 4 GB plan comfortably carries two terminals running roughly 5 to 10 EAs. If you outgrow it, you can resize the VPS to a larger plan without rebuilding it.
