Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of the products, services, and technologies (collectively, the "Products") provided by Raff Technologies LLC and Dynamis Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, including but not limited to Virtual Machines, Block Storage, Snapshots, and Backups, under any ongoing agreement. It's designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activity.
Customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this AUP may face service suspension or account termination. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to report such customers to relevant authorities.
1. Fair Use
We provide our facilities with the assumption your use will be consistent with normal business operations. If your use is considered to be excessive, then additional fees may be charged or capacity may be restricted.
We are opposed to all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights infringement and/or any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users ("end-users") to likewise engage our Products with similar intent.
2. Customer Accountability
2.1 Copyright Infringement and Unauthorized Material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store material in violation of applicable laws, including:
- Material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights without authorization.
- Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
Customers are solely responsible for all material they upload, transmit, or publish via our Products and must obtain legal permission for any included works.
2.2 Copyright Takedown Procedure
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.
To report copyright infringement:

Submit a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on our services.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate promptly and, if warranted, remove or disable access to the infringing material.

We may notify the customer whose content was removed and provide them the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
2.3 SPAM and Unauthorized Messaging
Our Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam") in violation of applicable laws. This includes:
- Sending spam or collecting replies to spam sent by others.
- Running unconfirmed mailing or telephone lists without explicit opt-in permission.
- Using third-party lists for spam or unconfirmed messaging.
- Sending bulk email without verifiable opt-in consent from each recipient.
- Sending commercial email that does not include a clear and functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
- Sending email with falsified, misleading, or inaccurate sender identification, including spoofed "From" headers, reply-to addresses, or domain names.
- Failing to comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), and the EU ePrivacy Directive.
This policy applies to messages sent via our Products or any network that directly or indirectly refers recipients to our hosted sites.
2.4 Unethical, Exploitative, and Malicious Activity
Our Products must not be used to:
- Advertise or transmit software designed to violate this AUP or others' policies, including tools for launching DDoS attacks or distributing malware.
- Access unauthorized accounts or resources (e.g., hacking).
- Introduce viruses or malicious code into our systems.
- Harass others, including through denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, or discrimination.
Other prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to avoid payment for services.
- Interfering with other customers' use of our network, including overloading shared resources in a way that degrades service for others.
- Publishing content that incites violence, depicts child pornography, or threatens safety.
- Violating consumer protection laws or privacy rights.
- Involvement in illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics, arms trafficking, or weapons of mass destruction.
2.5 Security and Technical Abuse
Our Products must not be used for:
- Cryptocurrency mining of any kind, including but not limited to proof-of-work, proof-of-stake, or any other consensus mechanism.
- Operating, hosting, or participating in botnets or command-and-control infrastructure.
- Creating, hosting, or distributing phishing websites, fake login pages, or credential harvesting tools.
- Conducting unauthorized network scanning, vulnerability testing, or penetration testing of third-party systems.
- DNS hijacking, operating malicious DNS services, or DNS-based attacks.
- IP packet header forgery or transmission of packets with falsified, forged, or spoofed source addresses.
- Interception, monitoring, or capture of data in transit without authorization.
- Mail bombing, packet flooding, or any deliberate attempt to overload a system or network.
2.6 Network Abuse
Our Products must not be used for:
- Operating Tor exit nodes, open proxies, or open mail relays.
- Operating any service that facilitates anonymous access to third-party systems or networks in a manner that enables abuse or illegal activity.
- Offering DDoS mitigation or protection services to third parties using Raff infrastructure.
- IP address hijacking, parking, squatting, or any form of IP address abuse, including the unauthorized announcement of IP address space or manipulation of routing tables.
- Any activity that causes our IP addresses or network ranges to be blacklisted or otherwise adversely affects our network reputation.
2.7 Content and Modern Threats
Our Products must not be used to:
- Create, distribute, or host malicious AI-generated content, including deep fakes used for fraud, impersonation, or deception.
- Publish private personal information without consent (doxxing), including but not limited to home addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, or financial information.
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, including operating fake accounts or coordinated manipulation campaigns.
2.8 Financial Crimes and Regulatory Compliance
Our Products must not be used for:
- Money laundering, financial fraud, or facilitating illegal financial transactions.
- Operating Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or other investment fraud operations.
- Activities that violate US sanctions, export controls, or international trade restrictions.
2.9 Account Abuse and Service Circumvention
Our Products must not be used to:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, free trial restrictions, or billing requirements.
- Use technical methods, including but not limited to VPNs, proxies, or device spoofing, to create multiple accounts for the same person or on behalf of the same organization.
- Engage in coordinated account creation to maximize free tier benefits or exceed designated usage limits.
- Share account credentials or transfer accounts to third parties to avoid service limitations.
- Attempt to avoid payment for services through account manipulation or fraudulent billing practices.
Each person and organization is permitted only one account for accessing our free trial or promotional offerings. We employ automated detection systems and reserve the right to suspend or terminate related accounts without prior notice.
2.10 Unauthorized Use of Company Property
Impersonating Raff Technologies LLC and Dynamis Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, falsely claiming a business relationship, or misrepresenting ownership of our property (including our brand and Products) for fraudulent purposes is prohibited. This includes using our brand to mislead others into believing they are interacting with our services when they are not.
3. Monitoring and Compliance
We reserve the right to monitor usage of our Products to ensure compliance with this AUP and to protect the security and integrity of our services. Customers are encouraged to report suspected violations of this AUP to [email protected]. We may investigate reported violations and take appropriate enforcement action.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notices and requests for corrective action
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent termination of services and account closure
- Legal action where appropriate
Customers may appeal enforcement actions by contacting our support team with relevant information and justification.
5. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this AUP by publishing a revised version on our website. We will notify customers via email or our website of significant changes. The revised policy takes effect on the earlier of:
- The date the customer uses our Products after publication, or
- 30 days after publication.
